Putting the heart AND SOUL in business
Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.
My Business coaching approach
I work with organizations as living systems, not problems to be solved.
My approach is grounded in Human Design, trauma informed leadership, and shadow integration. Together, these frameworks allow leadership teams to see how pressure, conditioning, and unspoken dynamics are shaping culture, decision making, and wellbeing.
We begin with leadership because culture follows those who set the tone. Through Human Design, leaders gain clarity around how they are designed to lead, make decisions, and hold responsibility in ways that are sustainable and internally aligned.
This work is not about implementing a model or performing values.
It is about restoring integrity between leadership, care, and direction so alignment can be felt across the organization.
My role is not to lead your organization for you.
It is to support leadership in reestablishing solid footing so clarity, trust, and coherence can emerge naturally.
Someone always carries the cost of how a system works.
This work begins with leadership, but it is never only for leadership.
The way power is held, decisions are made, and pressure is carried shapes the daily experience of every person within the organization. Long before outcomes are measured, those dynamics are felt in bodies, relationships, and nervous systems.
Collective care is not created by asking individuals to be more resilient or by offering surface level support. It is created when leadership takes responsibility for how the system impacts the people inside it.
This work invites a different kind of honesty. Not just asking whether something is effective, but whether it is sustainable. Not just whether it works, but who is quietly paying the cost for how it works.
When leadership is supported in returning to internal alignment, care moves through the organization naturally. Expectations become clearer. Boundaries are respected. Urgency softens. People are no longer required to override themselves in order to belong, perform, or stay.
From this place, collective care becomes embedded in the culture rather than dependent on individual effort. Trust grows. Burnout decreases. And the organization begins to function in a way that supports life rather than competes with it.
Why Use Human Design in your Business?
Human Design offers a practical way to understand how people are designed to make decisions, manage energy, communicate, and lead, especially under pressure.
Rather than asking people to adapt to systems that do not fit, Human Design reveals where leadership structures, expectations, and decision making processes are either supporting alignment or quietly creating strain.
When applied with care, it supports healthier leadership dynamics, clearer boundaries, and more sustainable ways of working. Over time, wellbeing becomes a natural result of aligned leadership rather than a separate initiative.
This work is for you if:
You know your organization is capable of more integrity, coherence, and depth than it is currently embodying.
You care just as much about how decisions are made as what decisions are made.
You sense that urgency, competition, or burnout has begun to subtly shape your leadership culture.
You are willing to look honestly at shadow patterns, not to shame them, but to transform them.
You want your business to feel like something you can stand behind, not just manage.
This work is not for you if:
You are looking for quick fixes, performance hacks, or surface level morale boosts.
You believe leadership requires constant self sacrifice or emotional suppression.
You are more committed to appearances than to internal alignment.
You want someone to tell you what to do rather than support you in returning to your own authority.
