Living as your own authority

Self-trust & pattern disrupting mentorship for women ready to trust themselves , come home to themselves, and make aligned decisions.

You’re not new to growth

You are resourceful…you have read the books, you have done the therapy, you have watched the videos, and listened to the podcasts.

You understand your patterns and triggers. You can even help others see theirs.

And yet…

  • Overthinking the decision you already know you want to make.

  • Saying yes when you really want to say no.

  • Feeling guilty for having needs.

  • Over-functioning because it feels easier to just do it yourself.

  • Getting caught in the same relationship dynamics even though you can see the pattern happening.

  • Knowing you need to rest and still feeling like you should be doing something productive.

You can understand the pattern and still feel stuck inside of it.

This is where we go deeper.

What going deeper actually looks like

That stuck feeling isn't a sign you need more information.

Knowing your pattern and actually being able to change it are not the same thing. This isn't about naming your patterns. It's about changing them in real time.

The work is remembering who you are underneath the conditioning, expectations, old wounds, and ways you've learned to protect yourself. And then learning how to make decisions, build relationships, rest, work, create, and move through your life from that place.

Most of what you've done so far has helped you name your patterns. This is different. It's specific to you: your patterns, your strengths, where you get stuck, and how you're actually wired to move through the world.

You are different and unique from everyone else, including the people around you. You need an approach that's as individual as you are.

You need space to hear yourself, tools to work with yourself, and someone who can help you see what you can't quite see yet.

That's what we'll do together.

What we’ll work on together

A woman with long hair and closed eyes is outdoors during sunset, with her hand raised near her face, and sunlight illuminating her hair.

Human Design is the jumping off point for our work together. But this isn't about learning your chart. It's about living from it. Experiencing it.

I use it to see where you're out of alignment, where your patterns are actually coming from, and where the real work needs to go. But knowing your chart doesn't build self-trust. Applying it does.

From there, we go into what it actually feels like in your body. Learning to notice your yeses and your nos. Catching the moment you're about to say yes when you mean no, and choosing differently. Practicing what it feels like to listen to yourself and trust what you hear, even when it's uncomfortable, even when no one else would understand it.

This is where self-trust actually gets built. Not by knowing more about yourself, but by using what you know, in real life, in real time. Every time you do, you change how you relate to the people and the world around you.

By the end of this work, you'll trust yourself. Not in a way that feels like certainty about every decision, but a quiet confidence. And you won't need to look outside yourself to find it. You'll already know.

here is what actually changes

You might come in wanting to work on one thing. It rarely stays contained to just that one thing.

You'll start making decisions that belong to you. Ones that feel right even when the people around you don't understand them, or they don't make sense to anyone but you.

You'll notice the pattern while you're in it, not after. You'll catch the moment you're about to abandon yourself, and you'll have real ways to choose differently right then.

You'll stop looking outside yourself for the right answer and start trusting your own quiet knowing instead.

And it moves through everything. How you rest. What you tolerate in relationships. How you show up at work. What you say yes to and what you finally say no to.

This is for you if:

You're smart, capable, high-achieving, and self-aware. Maybe even a seeker. You've spent real time in your own head, reading, reflecting, trying to figure yourself out, and not always in a bad way. You just think a lot.

You've tried advice that's supposed to work for everyone. And when it didn't work for you, you probably felt like something was wrong with you, instead of realizing it was never built for how you actually operate.

You're not looking for more information. You're ready to change now, not eventually. You've been thinking about this for a while, and you're done thinking about it.

You have the capacity for this. Weekly sessions, practicing in between, staying with this material for three months. Not because you have to be perfect at it, but because you're actually available for it right now.

This not for you if:

You want a Human Design reading, more information, or a framework to understand yourself with. That's not what this is.

You're in crisis right now, or you're looking to process your past. This work moves forward, not backward.

You're not ready to be uncomfortable. Change asks something of you. If you're not available for that yet, this isn't the moment.

Not deciding is still a decision. The relationship you keep instead of leaving. The job you stay in instead of the leap you keep avoiding. Another year passes, and it looks a lot like this one.

You'll keep managing the frustration, the bitterness, the disappointment you can't quite name the source of, instead of actually resolving it. You'll keep reaching for whatever pulls you out of feeling it: overworking, people-pleasing harder, numbing out with food, wine, whatever's available. Avoiding discomfort is so human. There's another way to do it that fits with your life.

And you'll keep believing you need something outside yourself to finally have the answer. Another book. Another framework. Someone else's advice. When what you actually need is already inside you, you just haven't been shown how to access it yet.

what staying the same costs

Why work with megan

I've spent more than 10 years studying human behavior and relationships, and I've gone deep with Human Design specifically. Together, those let me see what's actually happening for someone quickly, and point it out in a way they can actually hear, even when it's uncomfortable.

As a Projector myself, recognition is something I understand deeply, both needing it and knowing how to offer it. In our work together, you'll feel seen for your whole self, even the parts you don't usually let other people see. Not because I'm pushing you into discomfort, but because we build a container safe enough to actually be in it.

I've lived this work myself. I know what it's like to doubt yourself, to overthink every decision, to stay somewhere longer than was right for me. Leaving was the first decision I made. After that, I had to look at my own patterns, why I stayed as long as I did, why conflict felt safer to avoid than to face, so that dynamic would never happen again. Owning that is what actually let me change it. Human Design is how I did it.

My job is to work myself out of one. I'm not here to become someone you need forever. I'm here to help you recognize yourself, trust your own decisions, and stop needing to crowdsource your life or measure yourself against everyone else. So that eventually, you don't need me, or anyone else, to do that for you.

The details

Three months. Twelve sessions, one each week.

We start by going deep in what feels stuck, what's not working, and what you're sensing, using your Human Design chart as a jumping off point.

From there, every session connects back to what you practiced, noticed, or challenged yourself on in between. So we don't have to start over each time, it feels like we're picking up exactly where we left off with the threads we're working on. Meeting weekly means there's real time to practice, and we can make change in the moment.

Investment: $1,666/month, or $4,666 paid in full.

WHAT its LIKE TO WORK WITH MEGAN:

“Working with Megan over the past two years has been such a profound gift. She has helped me uncover so many layers of myself; the trauma I’ve been able to tap into, to understanding and honoring the way my brain and blueprint of a soul operate. Through her guidance, I’ve learned to connect deeper with my inner wisdom and Human Design has become such a potent tool that has completely shifted how I understand myself, others and navigate life. Seeing her has truly been the best part of my week, a time I look forward to with gratitude and excitement. I am endlessly grateful for her presence, her insight, and the safe space she’s held for me these last couple years. This work has changed me in ways I will carry forever!”

“Megan has so much knowledge in so many areas. She is constantly learning and offers new ideas and perspectives in sessions at strategic times. She is a wealth of knowledge while also being so patient and compassionate. In so many ways Megan understands the human experience. Both my own experience and how my experience fits into the bigger picture. It’s so validating and humanizing to hear how the hard things in my life have made me more human and known, rather than less. I highly recommend Megan!"

“The Human Design Mentorship with Megan met me at the exact time I needed to dig deeper into core patterns that have held me back. With compassion and curiosity, Megan helped me reframe the shadow sides to parts of me as strengths instead. She is so knowledgeable on the Venus sequence and Gene Keys to unlock deeper layers of Human Design I was not able to fully understand myself. The biggest takeaway I am coming out of my sessions with Megan is reframing qualities about myself that I deemed "harsh", as my powers instead. Thank you for your time, energy and care Megan!”
